Subject: [*] Custom Killer.hqx
There was recently a request for a utility that removes custom icons
from multiple items. Here it is...
Custom Killer, a drag-and-drop utility (Drop Box), removes custom icon
from files, folders, and even disks. Itªs a lot faster, especially when
working with multiple items, than using Get Info in the Finder. It even
works with aliases (with a bit of help).
Drag sets of files, folders, or disks into the application, ØDrop Box-
styleæ. Custom Killer will scan folders and disks provided, and will
modify (if preferences allow, of course), all files, directories, and
disks, no matter what their depth. Drop Boxes require Apple Events, and
thus System 7.0 or higher.
Please note that I'm not the author of this utility; I'm only posting it.
You can find the author's E-Mail and snail-mail addresses in the
accompanying "Read-Me" file.
